On February 15, 2026, Earth Impact (Ei) officially crossed the sixteen-year threshold. Now firmly established in the seventeenth year of operation, the organization celebrates a legacy defined by agility and an unwavering commitment to regenerative systems. While the 15th anniversary passed without a formal digital tribute, the arrival of "Sweet 16" marks a sophisticated new chapter for the Ei mission.

In June 2017, Ei announced the Era of Recycling Refinement was "Mission Accomplished" and entered the Era of Regeneration (June 2017 – June 2024). The subsequent transition into the Era of Impact (June 2024 – June 2031) reflects an organization consistently evolving to meet the most pressing environmental challenges of the decade.
From Documentation to Autonomy
The years following the 2020 global shift served as a period of profound reflection. Coinciding with the Ei Ten-Year Anniversary, the Regeneration in ACTION (RiA) Magazine Decade of Impact article series meticulously documented the evolution of Ei—from the foundational History and Background to the pivotal Era of Recycling Refinement and the subsequent Era of Regeneration.
The Holly Elmore Images Decade of Impact Galleries consist of a series of three photo galleries that support each of the referenced RiA Ei Era articles. The comprehensive project preserved the "institutional memory" of a decade that redefined how industries view waste and soil health.
Today, Ei moves beyond the era of documentation into a phase of streamlined, high-level impact. The current momentum favors strategic partnerships and global grants over the administrative burdens of the past. The "Sweet 16" milestone represents more than just longevity; it signifies the maturity of an organization that has successfully "untangled" from legacy constraints to focus on the pure work of environmental advocacy.

Since the publication of The IMPACT Ei 2020: A Year of Celebration article, the world changed, yet one of the Ei mantras—bringing the possible out of impossible—remains the North Star. The sixteen-year journey is evident in the rigorous data within the RiA Magazine, the burgeoning international collaborations in Nepal, and the extensive media documentation of the LAI FL Suncoast Sarasota Land Optimization Tours and the Water Challenges, Economics, and Nature-Based Solutions Land Economics Dialogues (LED).
In the current Era of Impact, the historical achievements serve as a foundation for scaling innovative solutions into standard practices. The organizational trajectory reflects a shift toward higher-level influence, where the wisdom of the past sixteen years informs the strategic partnerships of the future.
Looking Ahead: The 17th Year and Beyond
As the Era of Impact continues to unfold, the focus remains on "The IMPACT." The organization celebrates sixteen years of being the "spark" that ignites regenerative change. With the wisdom of nearly two decades and the energy of a new independent path, Ei enters the seventeenth year ready to scale the possible into the standard.
